Frequently Asked Questions

Do you remove stains?

Depending on the stain, our standard maintenance clean will reduce stains. However, this is subject to a pre-clean inspection and the carpet type. We will advise on the day if these need additional service.

Do you move the furniture?

Yes we move the furniture, all we ask is that you move smaller items and breakables.

Do I need to hoover Before?

All we ask is for you to do a basic hoover so we can then come in a complete our pre-inspection appropriately.

Can you bring Carpet Pile up?

One of the benefits of using our system is that it lifts the pile; however this is always subject to the age of the carpet and fabric.

Have you got details of all your offers at the moment please?

We run one offer at a time and at the minute we are running a three rooms for £99 offer.

Where are you based?

We are based in Peterlee but we serve the whole of County Durham and places further depending on our work load.
